About the apartment

Studio with a mezzanine in Mrčevac, [to add: minutes' drive to Tivat centre]. Suits a couple or a solo remote worker who needs a quiet place with a desk. The living area has floor-to-ceiling windows facing south-west. Sunlight enters from midday and stays until sunset, so the afternoon is the brightest part of the day, while the morning is in shade. Curtains darken the room when needed. The balcony overlooks the rooftops of Mrčevac and the hills behind them. Stairs lead up to the mezzanine and double as shelving, which is useful for longer stays. The double bed is upstairs. Instead of a full railing, taut ropes are strung across the opening, so the mezzanine is open to the living area below: sound carries both ways, and the ceiling height is lower than in the main part of the apartment. The kitchen sits under the mezzanine and has a hob, oven and sink. Next to it is a breakfast bar with two stools, enough for breakfast and laptop work. The bathroom has a glass-enclosed shower with a floor drain, a wall-hung toilet and a backlit mirror. The building has an elevator and a parking space. Check-in is self-service via a key safe, so arrival is not tied to a specific hour. The apartment has air conditioning and a washing machine. There is no television. Pets are welcome with prior notice.
