Mini Condos 1.4D2 is a modern studio with a mezzanine on the first floor of the Mini Condos residence in Mrčevac, Tivat. The space is thoughtfully designed for up to three guests, combining functionality with a warm, contemporary interior. The living area features a comfortable grey sofa bed with wooden legs, positioned next to large sliding glass windows with dark curtains that open onto a balcony with views of the surrounding mountains and greenery. Two small side tables — one white with wooden legs and one black metal — create a relaxed atmosphere for morning coffee or evening unwinding. The kitchen is tucked beneath the mezzanine and fitted with white and grey cabinetry and a white countertop. It includes a built-in electric oven, induction hob, sink, refrigerator and full cooking equipment. Next to the kitchen stands a natural wood bar counter with two white cross-back bar stools — perfect for meals or laptop work. The mezzanine, reached by white stairs with built-in shelving, holds a double bed placed directly on the floor with comfortable pillows and a geometric-patterned throw. The mezzanine railing is made of decorative white ropes stretched in a zigzag pattern — a unique design detail that gives the space character and warmth. The bathroom is modern and bright, clad in white marble-look tiles with grey veining. It features a glass shower enclosure, wall-mounted toilet, white vanity with basin and a round LED mirror with built-in lighting. The washing machine is in a separate alcove next to the kitchen. The apartment has air conditioning, Wi‑Fi, building elevator and free parking. Check-in is self-service via a key safe. Pets are welcome. There is no television in the apartment.
